The Sodomy Case, my two-cents since I'm kinda disgusted at having to hear about someone not washing his anus properly when I'm eating dinner...

Stupid 8PM news!!!! Made me lost my appetite!!

Anyways, I find there's something quite quirky with the current sodomy case here in Malaysia. It's about a political figure and his secretary (I think... well, NOT IMPORTANT!). Anyways, what I find quirky is that is it the same person being sodomised or is it another guy?

Cause earlier, he swore an oath in front of (or maybe using or in the name of, I'm not sure) the Holy Qur'an and yesterday I found out that he didn't wash his anus but only rinsed it to preserve evidence?

Ok, I may not be a professional when it comes to my religion but one thing I know is that our religion is clean. As in, cleanliness is part of the main focus as well.

So this leads me to my question. If he merely rinsed his anus and not clean it properly, doesn't that mean that he's not properly cleansed?

And if you are not properly cleansed, those who are muslim knows that their prayers are not 'sah'. Which brings me to my next point. You are gonna believe and defend a man who clearly is oblivious to this fact?

Honestly, if I was raped or sodomised, I would straight away go to the hospital and demand that the raper's semen be extracted from me as soon as possible, not leave it in my ass for days and not wash it off.

Doesn't he feel disgusted at all? Knowing that he has been violated and has the violater's semen in his body? And this coming from someone who boldly swore an oath in front of/in the name of/using the Holy Qur'an.

I don't know if raped or sodomised victims must 'mandi wajib' but I do know that if I'm in that person's position, first thing I would do is go to the hospital to get all the semen out and all, then I'll 'mandi wajib' to cleanse myself or make myself believe that I've already been cleansed, then 'sembahyang taubat nasuha' even though I'm not the one who did wrong but I still wanna seek forgiveness from God and then I'll finally seek justice. If I can't find justice in court then I'll just seek justice from God...
